Introduction

Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, its aims are to equip business students with sound knowledge in the management of human resources and practice in the real business organization. The courses offered are being specifically structured to provide students with proficient knowledge and skills in human resource management. Besides, after graduating they can also pursue their studies in the MBA programs.

Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Human Resource Management

  • Provide a solid grounding in accounting knowledge, skills and abilities needed to function as entry level accounting professionals.
  • Develop skills in constructing and preparing an organisation’s financial reports for business decision making.
  • Impart core budgeting and management accounting skills so that students will be able to perform a wide range of managerial accounting functions that occur in the workplace.
  • Equip students with the basic knowledge of auditing and taxation principles and practices.
  • Equip students with the knowledge and hands-on skills in the relevant accounting technology software.​
ENGLISH REQUIREMENT
  • Have taken MUET with minimum Band 1* or
  • Pass IELTS with Band 5.5 and above;or
  • Pass TOEFL with score 550 and above
*Candidates who  have not sat for MUET can still be accepted to enroll and given chance to take it before graduation  
Minimum Entry Requirement
SIJIL TINGGI PERSEKOLAHAN MALAYSIA ( STPM)
  • Pass STPM/equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.00 or grade C for two (2) subjects and Pass Mathematics and Bahasa Inggeris at SPM Level; or
SIJIL TINGGI AGAMA MALAYSIA (STAM)
  • Pass STAM with a minimum grade of Jayyid (taken within 2 years prior to application) and Credit in Bahasa Melayu, Pass Mathematics and Bahasa Inggeris at SPM Level; and

*For STAM applications, the student must have taken MUET with Band 1

MATRICULATION PROGRAMME
  • Pass Ministry of Education (MOE) Matriculation program with minimum CGPA of 2.00; or
FOUNDATION PROGRAMME
  • Pass Foundation Studies with minimum CGPA of 2.00; or
A-LEVEL
  • Pass A-Level with a minimum of Grade C in 2 subjects; or
DIPLOMA/ HND DIPLOMA PROGRAMME
  • Pass Diploma programme with minimum CGPA of 2.00 from recognized institution by Government of Malaysia;or

 

DIPLOMA VOKASIONAL MALAYSIA (DVM)
  • Pass DVM in related fields AND Pass Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) with:

1) An Academic Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.33 or higher;

2) A Vocational CGPA of 3.67 or higher and competent in all vocational modules;

3) A credit in Bahasa Melayu (SVM 1104).

 **Cohort 2013 onwards also need to get an exemption from obtaining a pass grade for Sejarah at SPM level.

UEC

  • Pass UEC with a minimum of grade B in 5 subjects

*For HR program must be including Maths and BI subjects

INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE DIPLOMA (IB)
  • Pass IB with total points at least 30 points; or
SAME/WACE/AUSMAT
  • Pass South Australian Matriculation (SAM) and South Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT) with 70%; or
  • South Australia Certificate of Education (SACE) and Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) with Band 2 in 2 subjects; or
OTHERS
  • Other equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
